Operation of Finances and Technology Support System
1. Support for enterprises moving in
- Conditions for Application
- Korean Enterprises : has invested 2,000,000,000 won, over 20 employees (regular employ)
- Enterprises which have moved in from the metropolitan area: All or a part of enterprises which have over 50 employees (regular employ)
- Subsidy for Land
- Individual Land : When buying over 5,000㎡, 30% of price will be provided (300,000,000 won)
- Industrial Complex : 50% of general price
- Subsidy for Employment
- If there are more than 20 new employees, 500,000 won will be provided for extra person (200,000,000 won) Subsidy for Facilities
- If 2,000,000,000 won is increased, 2% of excess over 2,000,000,000 won will be provided.
- Moving Subsidary
- Moving in of factories : 10%(200,000,000 won) of moving expenses
- Moving in of Head Offices: When there are more than 10 employees, each employee will get 300,000 won from 11th employee.

When over 50,000,000,000 won is invested or more than 300 employees are working in a day, special support will be provided.
3. Loans for small and medium enterprises

- Within 1,300,000,000 won(Facilities 1,000,000,000, Operation 300,000,000 won)
※ Within 3,500,000,000 won for enterprises moving in Daebulsandan (Facilities 3,000,000,000 won, operation 500,000,000 won) - Fund for the new venture business : Within 400,000,000 won (Facilities 300,000,000 won, Operation 100,000,000 won)
- Fund for stable management: Within 400,000,000 won (2.5% of second maintenance interest)
